Acknowledging your stuff isn’t weak. It’s f#cking BAD-ASS!

Beloveds… whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness or anything else…

Acknowledging your stuff doesn’t mean that you’re weak. Allowing yourself to see your own emotional or physical wounding is NOT weak.

It’s f#cking BAD-ASS!
It’s courageous.
It’s the hero’s journey.

It’s taking up the crusade of truth, grabbing your sword, all the while scared shitless as you step up to the path…and freaking walking forward anyway.

Knowing that there probably WILL be inner dragons to slay.

It’s knowing things won’t necessarily end up perfectly, all happily ever after like. That you will come back changed. Or maybe you won’t come back at all.

It’s living in the question mark of not knowing the answers to pretty much anything and finding a way to be okay with that.

It’s the path of growth, expansion and liberation.

If this is you, then I tip my hat to you because this path is gruelling, and sometimes not so easy.

But if you keep going anyway? It can also awesome and ultimately rewarding, and freeing.

Shine your light, glorious ones! I’m right there beside you, walking my own way.
