Distance Kinesiology interview: Lyn Cole

Hello lovely souls!

This marks the beginning of a series of interviews I’ve recorded with some of my distance Kinesiology clients.

Interview #1: Lyn Cole

Lyn is an Artist and business owner of The Studio Handmade in Bendigo, VIC Australia. In this interview, Lyn shares:

  • Her background with Kinesiology (she’s had a LOT of it!)
  • Her history of chronic pain
  • The shift she experienced after just three distance Kinesiology sessions

Some of my favorite quotes from Lyn’s interview

“I wish I had of done it five years ago.”

“My pain levels were always an 8-12 out of 10, but since our sessions they are consistently down around 4-5 out of 10.”

“I used to say to physios if you can get me down to a 6 or 7 out of 10, then that will be manageable.”

“I feel way more grounded since I’ve had the consultations with you.”

“My partner says he hasn’t seen me smile like this for years.”

“The joy is back.”

Why I’m doing this series

I absolutely love working with clients both in-person and via Skype or Zoom. But I totally get that some people might find it hard to understand how Kinesiology could possible work via distance!

To be honest, it’d be a bit of a long metaphysical discussion to explain what’s really going on (heehee!). So I thought it might be simpler to gain some understanding than to hear it from those who’ve had distance Kinesiology themselves.
