I wrote this after a really beautiful and challenging client session, and I thought I’d share it here.
The client has a LOT of reasons for needing and wanting change in their life. Serious chronic health reasons!
And yet, being able to rise was still a challenge for them. Being able to see beyond what currently is true…almost impossible.
So, to meet this client in a place where change was possible, I had to do a lot of expansion energetically speaking. It was a very powerful piece of work!
Later, I found myself writing this…
When your life is dominated by your problems, it’s really your perception of your problems that’s the issue. Rather than the so-called problem itself!
And when you feel like your problems are larger than life, you tend to believe that to be the truth.
Your problems can become the BIGGEST issue in your world.
You give them power over your self-esteem, your enjoyment of life and your view of who you are.
You can allow your problems to effectively disempower you.
Whenever you feel like that, it helps to… EXPAND!
To connect with something bigger than yourself.
For me, that’s the Divine: my connection to my own divinity and sacredness.
Ultimately there’s no separation between who we are as seemingly individual human beings living out our lives on this planet, and the creative forces that brought the universe into being.
So if you can for a little while, give this a try…
Set aside the sense of self that’s limited to your physical body, and where it’s located in space and time.
Allow yourself to reconnect with all of the elements that caused you to manifest in this existence!
Have you ever considered the immense power that’s required to create a single human being?
You.
Are.
That.
Power.
How could it be any different?
Given that…
What does that expanded and powerful aspect of you have to say to the human that believes their personal limitations are the most powerful thing going on right now?
Sit with that feeling and connection and ask your higher self, your soul…what else could be true or possible? Other than what you’ve previously believed to be true?
Allow yourself to bask in the beauty of allllllll of that spaciousness.
And know that in fact, this is the truth.
