Why DO life lessons seem to repeat on us?

Why DO life lessons seem to repeat on us?

Have you ever found yourself saying “not THIS again”?

What’s really going on when you feel like you’ve learned a certain lesson many times over, and it’s still coming back in a new form?

Usually there’s a deeper level of understanding that’s demanding to be brought into the light.

Previously you might’ve simply been doing your best to cope with circumstances, and didn’t have the time or ability to look any deeper.

So…round two. Or twenty.

Then there’s this…like the ocean, nothing is the same from one experience to the next

Even if it looks or feels the same.

Every grain of sand on the beach gets moved around by the elements. The landscape changes with the tides.

What we see as a static thing called a beach, is actually always in flow and flux.

Even though a beach may be in the same location, its contents change moment to moment

Also… the truth is that we can only ever meet and embrace things as they are and as we are in that moment.

Our current awareness, capacity and ability to sit with what is changes as we change and grow.

So even if the lesson seems the same, you’re always seeing it from another perspective. And another place within your own personal development process.

Much love,
